Who I am

My name is John Walsh and I have been passionately interested in health and fitness for as long as I can remember. I have spent the last 15 years researching and studying all I can about the factors which impact on our physical and mental wellbeing.  It is now my privilege to work with individuals and groups to share all that I have learned.

 

Why I do this

My quest to find out everything I could about what makes us healthy human beings started in my late teens when I became seriously unwell. I visited a stream of doctors and specialists but somehow I knew that for me the answer wasn't in medication but in what I ate, what I did and what I thought. Deep down I knew that recovering my health needed my body and my mind to work in sync so that they could get on with the job of healing. The more I learned the more I knew I was right. I now work in the health and fitness industry so that I can share with others what I have learned. My aim is to make the world a healthier and happier place.

 

 

What I can do for you

I have developed a series of highly personalised health and fitness programs which incorporate optimal nutrition, meditiation and exercise. My programs are different because they focus on the mind as well as the body. I believe they way you think is critical to health and wellbeing.
